All of my Christmas cards finished at last - hoorah! To speed up the process, I basically stuck to the same layout, one stamp set and one paper collection. It just took out the extra thinking out so I could just focus on putting the elements together. So here they all are...
Paper/cardstock: Bazzill cardstock, Echo Park Everybody Loves Christmas paper collection
Stamps: Whimsie Doodles Christmas Greeings digi stamp set and Snowman Cocoa, Pink Petticoat digi sentiments, CC Designs sentiments inside cards
Mediums: Copic markers, Promarkers
Accents: ribbon from stash, Dew Drops
You can rest assured that I will not be showing any more Christmas cards for a long, long, long time!!!

Oh Mary.. you are a star!! They are all fabulous ! And i am glad you have finished now.. not only so i dont feel rubbish anymore lol.. but cos you deserve a rest lol!!

Gorgeous cards, Mary J. I love the images and the papers are so pretty. And of course your coloring is flabulous, as always!
ReplyDeleteWhen watercoloring with distress inks, I use Versafine (onyx black or black onyx, forget which it's called) to stamp my images and allow it to completely dry. (Since I'm such a slow card-maker, I normally stamp my images and then it's a couple of days before I get around to coloring them). If you don't have Versafine, try heat-setting the Memento with your heat-embossing tool before you w/c...I've heard that helps. I can't wait to see your w/c projects!
what a collection they are all so gorgeous. love them all you always amaze me how you do each one decorated on the inside. it makes the so extra special.
