Sketch time over at Sparkle Creations Rubber Stamps!!

It's time for the Sparkles Creations Rubber Stamps challenge #62 and this week we are being sponsored by Inspirational Card Sketches who have a fabby sketch for us!

Here is my take on it using Karber for SCRS Witch Millie...
