It's retail therapy!

Happy Saturday everyone!  I am feeling much better today - thanks to the doc who gave me some ABs!  Poor Steve has caught my cold though so he's in bed - I hate it when he's ill as he's so miserable but I love it too as I get to craft all day with no interruptions!

Anyhoo, I am just sharing a card I made for this sketch over at There She Goes...

Oh my, this little lady is so beautiful!  She is from the Sparkly & Bright stamp set, created by one of my all time fave illustrators, Torico.  I wish I had her talent!  I used Zoe Pearn's A Beautiful Thing papers and paper pieced her dress (which I would love to own too!).  I am also entering this card into the Simon Says Stamp for paper piecing.

Okay, I am off for a day of crafting and keeping warm!

  13. Fabbie creations since my last visit Mary, but this one really is soooooo gorgeous! Love Toricp's designs too... but love the way you've put this one on the embossed background.. really adds to the detail. Really gorgeous papers too.

I really don't understand have you can produce so many beauties... when I don't work at all, and can barely manage two or three a week!! LOL! But keep them coming... such fabulous inspiration!

    Big hugs

  26. Glad you are feeling better Mary, but I don't know which is worse being ill yourself or Hubby being ill, as no man can suffer in silence, we all know they are always on death's door.
Fabulous card, great papers and she looks as snug as a bug in a rug in that dress.
