Love bug!

Hi everyone!  I hope you are having a lovely weekend.  It is so horrid, grey, wet, cold here in the South East of England - thank goodness we managed to avoid the snow unlike my buddies further up north!  Apparently it's going to be like this for the whole of March so I'm resigned to it now.  Bleh.

Anyway, I've got my Bellarific Babe card to show you today...





Isn't she delightful?  This is Lovebeetle Huggabugg by illustrator Christy Croll of Tiddly Inks fame. I'm afraid I can't remember where the papers are from - definitely digi papers though!  I used My Favorite Things fence die and my C.C. Designs Woodgrain stamp - this is only about 2.5" so the woodgrain is nice and small for the smaller die cuts. I also used my C.C. Designs Cutters Grass Border die.  The sentiment is from an old Elzybells set which I don't think is available anymore.

    Wow you have been a bussy lady,

    Lovely card again.
    So sweet image and sentiment.
    Love the little car.
    And the fench behind it that pops from the card.

    Also the first card of the day before is so cute.
    thats also great thinking with the green leaves like's it the thing where tarzan is hanging on.
    And the sentiment is so great with this card.

    I bet you had so much fun making these 2 cards.

    Hi Mary,
    Lovley bright and cheary card you've made, love the clouds and fence :O) Working with bright spring colours (with the curtains shut) might help since the weather is so crap outside?! Hihi We've got so much snow here in Norway, aperently its the best skiing conditions weve had for 30 years! We'll be getting our cross country skis out for our trip to our cabin for easter break, so looking forward to that :O)
    I must ask you, I havn't used digi papers before, and yours look GREAT! What kind of printer do you use and are they printed on watercolour paper? They look very textured, I might just have a go if I can make them look as good as yours! :OD

    Hi Mary, this is such a sunny refreshing card even though it is a 'Miss You' card. One would never know that you are sitting with grey blahhh weather. lol.... I wanted to try and take a minute to come over and say "Hi" and "thank you" for still coming to my blog.
