I experimented with red hair today - and succeeded I think! I really struggle with the Copic marker reds - they always bleed and I end up throwing out my mini masterpieces, lol!! This time I used the technique to colour a little bit before the line so it bled only up to the line - voila, it worked! I used this week's Anyone for Anya sketch....

It was a simple but very difficult sketch - whatever I did with it, the card was just boring! To give it some depth I layered all the matting, the image and added glitter glue to the wings and butterlies (although the stupid photo doesn't show it!). It took me hours! Blimey, one day I'll regularly make cards that takes less an hour!!!!
I've had some lovely comments about the inside of my cards - I simply use any left over scraps of paper and cardstock. I also have a stash of different Nestabilities label dies done up in light white cardstock and just layer them up in about 5 minutes - that's it! I will make the scraps fit somehow, no pre-thought goes into it! I often don't add a sentiment to the card until I'm ready to give it to someone so then I can make it more relevant. Anyway, give it a try - it really does finish the card off nicely!
