Exciting news!! And a new Cupcake Craftroom challenge!

Have you heard of the Cupcake Craftroom challenge yet?  It's a monthly challenge so plenty of time to enter and was set up by Mandy who owns Cupcake Cards and Crafts that sells modern and fresh digital paper collections.  I love using digi paper - it's cheaper than my usual designer papers and I love the fact that you can manipulate them so you can be really creative with them!

The other great thing is that that I've been asked to join their Design Team!  So this is my first DT card for the team and this month's challenge is to use polka dots!  And this month the DT used the Fresh Polkas paper collection and here is what I made...

You can't go wrong with polka dots - fantastic basis for all sorts of cards!  There are 16 fresh, trendy colours in the collection for only £2.99 - fantastic value!  I matched the papers up with CC Designs' Scarf Honey - talk about a perfect match!  And I'm embarassed to say that I've had her for aaaaages and this is the first time I've coloured her in!  Bad Mary!

Anyway, I hope you get a chance to get your dotty stash out and play along!  You don't need to use Cupcake Cards and Crafts goodies to win, but of course we love it when you do!
