(Please scroll down for my Pollycrafts Monday and Make It Monday DT posts!)
It's the first of the month which means another challenge over at the Cupcake Craftroom challenge!
This month the challenge is Soft and Sweet! So we would love to see anything with a sweet theme, sweet sentiment, sweet image, or 'sweet' theme and to match with softly coloured papers, soft ribbons, soft flowers. This month we got to use the new beautiful release Soft Whispers and this is what I came up with...
These papers are so gorgeous - I can see myself making lots of shabby chic style cards with it too! Here is a close up so you can see the subtle distressed look...
I printed the papers onto textured cardstock - I think it really enhanced the shabby feel! You can buy the papers in the Cupcake Cards and Crafts shop.
I thought the papers would go perfectly with Jamba the Panda by Pixie Dust Studios and I used some thin cork that I thought would give it a bit of au naturel!
I hope you get to play along and you get the chance to win your very own lovely paper collection! You've got a whole month to play so plenty of time to get your entry in!
I am entering my card into the following challenges:
- The Paper Shelter - anything goes
- Phindy's Place - use a die cut
- Digi's with Attitude - anything goes
- Kraftin Kimmies - no embellishments
