I {heart} you

Hello, happy Tuesday everyone!  I'm here with another make using one of the new releases in the Whimsie Doodle store.  Well, Valentine's is just two days away so I want to share with you a card that I made for our design team's Secret Admirer Swap (a bit like Secret Santa but for Valentine's!).  So my recipient should have received her card by now and here it is using new release iheartu...



Isn't she gorgeous?  I matched her up with Echo Park's Love Story papers and a heart embossing folder to create some interest in the background.  I stamped the sentiment on a Lil' Inker Designs Stitched Sentiment Flag die and that gorgeous heart border is by My Favorite Things.  I am entering this card into the Simon Says Stamp challenge for have a heart.

    Wow, black-and-white-and-red (and pink!) all over. Divine colouring, as ever, on your little whimsy; she is cute as a button. The heart border along the bottom is just perfect, for the {heart} U message. Happy V-day to you!

    Mary, she's adorable! Love the clean lines and traditional Valentine colors! A side note...no new Valentine releases are in the Whimsie Doodle store...so sad...this one and the one used earlier by Shannon are so cute. Hope they are someday available to the public!
