I want a checked coat too!

This time last week I was complaining about getting snow and now the start to this week is starting off cold, grey and very wet! Come on Spring where are you?!!

Okay, so today is Monday which means a new challenge has opened over at There She Goes and this week it's anything goes!  It doesn't get any easier than this!  You don't have to use TSG stamps to enter either so I really hope you can play along with us this week for a chance to win TSG gift vouchers!

So, here is my DT make...


This gorgeous girl is from the Sparkly and Bright set - this has three pretty girls as well as a set of fab matching sentiments and accessories (like those shopping bags!).  I did some paper piecing using My Minds Eye Lost and Found 3 papers and added a doily for some added prettiness!

    Lovely card! The paper piecing looks fabby.

    We're not hiding spring from you over here in Canada in case you're wondering. -17ºC with the windchill here today with a bit of a storm in the forecast. So, if you do happen see spring send it this way too!

    Your card is abolutely FAB! again!!
    The color of the paper is lovely.
    That's a coat i would love to have to.
    With the doily behind it she is really popping out of the card.

    The doily is that a bought one or from a die??
    And witch colors did you use for the shoes and the ...thing on her head ( Sorry can't come up with the english word for it ).
    i love that color and the blue's that i have is to bright or to dark.

    I know what you mean about the weather Mary, it is still cold, gray and rain/snow over here too. But if I had a plaid coat it might make it better! Love the paper piecing!
