I wanted to give this a fresh crisp feel like those sunny Winter days so I used Echo Park All I Want For Christmas papers and I added some Glamour Dust to the hat fringe and on the edges of the snow on the trees - you can just about see it in this closer look...

Baby shopping!!

Well, not shopping for actual babies, but shopping for baby stuff - what fun!  Not that I've got kids myself but I love buying for others' babies - the clothes are just so darn cute!  Anyhoo, it seems as though one my friends and family is pregnant at any one time so here's a card I made in readiness for the next one...

This gorgeous gal is called Teddy Bella and I used October Afternoon Ducks In a Row papers and I made some rolled felt flowers for softness.

Everyday is a sweet treat with you!

Happy Saturday everyone!  Well I am now back from sunny Florida and what a great time we had.  The weather was perfect - hot but not too hot at 85-87 degs (that's 29-30 deg celsius to us Brits!) with a packed out itinerary including visiting the theme parks, jet skiing, swimming with dolphins and whizzing around in speed boats.  Then back home yesterday - wet, cold, grey - bleh!  But how brilliant to be back with our dogs who I missed a lot!  And of course I missed the crafting too and my crafty mates!  I'll be around later on my blog rounds to see you all once I've done all the clothes washing!

Anyhoo, I'm here today to show off some more gorgeous Quixotic Inspirations goodies!  I'm still loving my new Big Anyas so here's my DT card using The Greeting Farm - Anya Treats...

I matched her up with papers from the My Mind's Eye Miss Caroline Howdy Doody pad and embellished it using My Favorite Things Die-Namics Medium Leafy Flourish die and Rolled Mum flower die.

Bellarific Friday!

Hi everyone!  Well, my holiday in Florida is at an end and I'm probably right now driving back from the airport!  Well, fingers crossed and not stuck on a delayed flight!

So today it's time for a new Bellarific Friday and here is my Bellarific Babe DT card using one of the gorgeous Kettos...

I matched her up with My Minds Eye papers and used my CC Cutters bunting die.  Okay, so next week's challenge is a sketch.

Have you seen this month's Whimsie Doodle's release yet?  It is fully of cuties and also a lot of fun!  Creator and owner, Melyssa, has a brilliant sense of humour and I know you're going to love this new one from her...

Are you giggling?!  This one is aptly called Family Nuts and it's perfect for my large, extended family - I'm gonna have to make several more of these!

Calling all strong women!

Hi everyone!  I'm here today with a card using another of the new Susana Loves Stamps available in the Quixotic Paperie store...

This is my most fave of the collection!  She is called Adventure Eyes who I stamped on to my favourite Make It Colour Blending Card again and coloured in with my Copic Markers. I matched her up with My Mind's Eye Fine & Dandy Boy papers which I distressed and then inked up the edges using my Ranger Archival Ink Pad in Jet Black. 

I framed the sentiment using the MFT Die-Namics Well Worn Greetings Dies and for the elements I used MFT Die-Namics Vine Border and MFT Die-Namics Royal Rose die.   Because I wanted one of the flowers to be smaller than the other, I just cut off a few of the larger petals before I rolled it up.

It's Friday which means it's time for Bellarific Friday!  And this week we had a sketch to follow - here is my Bellarific Babe make for it...

I love Tiddly Inks' Addy 'tude is a Cupcake Diva!  And a pleasure to colour in too.  I matched her up with papers from October Afternoon Fly A Kite pad and a satin ribbon with pearls to finish it off.  And here's the sketch...

Okay, this song is gonna stick in your head for a couple of hours now!  "Girls just wanna have fu-un, ohhh girls just a wanna have fun!"  Love it.  Anyhoo, there is relevance here!  It's the sentiment to my next Bellarific Babe card...

I love these gals - just like my friends and me having a drink after work - without the loooong legs though!  This is Uptown Girls Victoria and Juliette's Night Out for Stamping Bella.  I matched her up with My Mind's Eye On The Bright Side Two papers and used My Favorite Things Die-Namics Simply Scallops Medium die and Small Scallop Border die.

I paper pieced the girls' dresses and shaded them with my Copics Cs, here's a closer look...

Nuts!
