Onesie love!

It's Bellarific Friday and this week we had a sketch to follow so here is my Bellarific Babe card take on it...

This is Uptown Girl Brynn and Her Baby Shower and I used Echo Park Bundle of Joy papers and a Sizzix heart embossing folder.  I think I went a bit over the top with the shading - went a bit too heavy handed with the pen!

The next Bellarific Friday is to be inspired by the photo below...

Send your creations to Em by next Thursday for a chance to win some Bella Bucks!

Cupcake sweetness

Have you seen the lovely digital stamps by Jess College Fund yet?  As it says on the can, Jessica is for funding college so it's for a good cause buying them and it helps that the stamps are gorgeous!  She's put some new ones in her store and I had to colour up this cutie called Girl with a Cupcake...

Isn't she pretty?  I used papers from the Alphabet Soup collection by My Minds Eye and used a pretty Sizzix butterfly embossing folder.  I'm gonna colour up the little girl with the kitty kat next!

I gotta go now but I'll be back soon - ttfn!

Dressy girl

Hi everyone!  I hope you are having a lovely weekend.  It's been a beautiful day here in East Sussex.  We went for a long walk along the coast again with the dogs today and it was such a shame to have to come home.  One day we will buy that house with an ocean view!

So I'm here today with my Doodlelicious Diva card using the new and very sweet Dressy Girl...

Isn't she pretty?  This card took me ages to make as I couldn't choose which papers to use so I decided to keep it really simple with some Digital Design Essentials striped paper and used My Favorite Things heart border.  The sentiment is from the SugarPea Designs Gnome Sweet Gnome set.

Okay, I'm off to do some more design team creations.  I'll be back soon with another make - ttfn!

Deep in thought...

(Please scroll down for my Lili of the Valley blog hop post
for a chance to win prizes!)

It's Bellarific Friday!  And Em has also decided to release the new Stamping Bella stamps today too so no more waiting to get your hands on these gorgeous goodies in the store later today!   So I decided to combine my DT make today with one of the newbies and this week's Bellarific Friday theme to use ribbon or washi tape...

Some of you may be thinking "hang on, I've seen this before!".  Well you'd be right and you'd be wrong, lol!  I used the wrong image so have now used the correct image plus I added a ribbon!  I also used BasicGrey papers and My Favorite Things rolled flower die.

So, check out the rest of the gorgeous DT inspiration over at Bloggabella.  The next Bellarific Friday is this sketch...

Send your creations to Em by next Thursday for a chance to win some Bella Bucks!

Lili of the Valley blog hop!

It's time for another Lili of the Valley design team blog hop to show you some inspiration of their latest products that will be available to buy from the store from midday GMT on Monday 24 February.

There are 6 new paper pads, 5 new art pads and a set of family sentiment tags.  And, of course, there are prizes!  We have a full set of the new paper pads to give away - 2 winners will each get 3 pads each and there is a third prize of the family sentiment tags.  Just join the blog hop, leaving comments along the way.  Winners will be randomly drawn and announced on Monday morning.

Here is my DT make using papers from the new Heartfelt pad and a sweet pre-coloured image from the new Bunnies art pad...

What mummy wouldn't love to receive such a sweet image?!  I am lovin' these pre-coloured pads - this card took me all of 15 minutes to make!  The sentiment is from the Handwritten Phrases stamp set and I simply finished it off with some die cut hearts and a punched butterfly with a pearl.

Here's a look at all of the new goodies...

Okay, so onto the hop!  You should have arrived here from the lovely Kathy and now need to hop off to the sweet Mindy.  If you get lost or want to join from the beginning, go to the Ideas to Inspire blog where you'll find all the deets too.

I'll be back tomorrow with my Whimsie Doodles' Doodlelicious Diva make!

A new SugarPea Designs challenge!

The new challenge SugarPea Designs starts today and the theme is easy again - anything goes!  Here is my DT make using two of this month's release sets - the house from the Gnome Sweet Gnome set and Mr Bunny from the One Big Hoppy Family set...

I love how these two sets work together - that Wendy is a clever girl, it means I get so much more from two sets!  I used a Stampin' Up embossing folder (discontinued, I think) and Lili of the Valley papers from the Petal Fresh collection.  I coloured the images with Prismacolor pencils for a softer, rustic look.

I hope you can join us this month - we would love to see what you're doing with these super sweet SugarPea Design stamps.  Just link up your creation to the blog here and while you're there, check out the gorgeous DT makes!

A glamorous Stamping Bella sneak peek!

Did you see that Stamping Bella has a new release out on 24 February?  It's a huge one - they are full of cuteness, glamour and fun!  Check out the sneak peeks over at Bloggabella.  Today I am snowing you a sneak peek filled with glamour - meet Marcelle Masquerade...

Somebody make me that dress!!  So beautiful - perfect for one of my glamorous city girlfriends!  I matched her up with Eiffel Tower patterned papers from the Carta Bella Paris Girl collection, generously sprinkled with Glamour Dust and topped off with a silver bow.  Here's a closer look at the bling...

Oh la la!  Now just to get my husband to take me somewhere suitable to wear it!  I bet you can't wait to get your hands on this baby - only a week to wait now!

An early Easter make

It's time for a new Whimsie Doodles challenge and this month it's anything but a card.  I decided to make an early Easter project using the very sweet Bunny Egg...

Such a very sweet bunny!  I used My Favorite Things basket and flower dies and filled it with those dinky cute Cadbury's choccie eggs.  I'm embarrassed to say that the basket is empty now so I'll have to buy some more eggs!!

Okay, check out more Whimsie Doodles inspiration and the challenge deets over at the blog here.

For those of you experiencing terrible weather conditions, keep safe!

Come sunshine or rain....

Well I wish we had some sunshine but we're still putting up with a ton of rain!  So for my Bellarific Friday DT make today, I thought I'd make this card using the sketch we had for inspiration...

Of course, I had to use Uptown Girl Lolly and her Brolly - nothing more appropriate for the UK at the moment!  I used Bo Bunny papers and coloured in some white Doodlebug flower paper trim with my Copics to match the yellow in her raincoat.  The sentiment is from the Lili of the Valley Scroll Sentiments set.  You can't see it very well from the photo but I used Stickles glitter glue on her clothes trim.

Okay, the next challenge is to use washi tape or ribbon so get your creations to Em by next Thursday for a chance to win some Bella Bucks!

U R GR8

I'm here today to show you a card I made for a teenager, of course, trying to speak the same language as her!

This is Social Teen Texting - isn't she cool?!  I followed through on the design with the pretty flower in her hair and used Doodlebug rub-on letters for the sentiment.

I'm afraid it's short and sweet today - it's really hard to type with a bandaged thumb!

LOTV on Create and Craft TV today!

As promised, I have another sneak peek of Lili of the Valley new goodies!  And you can see all of the new release - and buy them too ;) - on Create and Craft TV today at 9am and 3pm today.  Here is my DT make using one of the pre-coloured images from the new James and Jenny Bear art pads and papers from the Pressed in Time pads...

I thought I'd go for a masculine look this time although the hearts make it a little girly - perhaps okay for a father or brother though?!  The sentiment is from the Handwritten Phrases set - I just love this font, formal but not frumpy!

I am hoping to watch the show today - I'll take it as an early or late lunch at work!

A very quick make!

Evening!  I haven't been able to make a card this weekend as I've cut a piece out of my thumb with a potato peeler - you can't imagine how much blood came out of it!  If you want a laugh of how Steve bandaged it up, you can check it out here on my FB page!  I also set up a new crafty FB page which you can follow here if you'd like!  ;)

Anyhoo, I thought instead today I'd show you a sneak peek of a card I made using the new Shabby Shack paper pad and one of the pre-coloured images from the Bunnies art pad...

It was so refreshing to be able to make this card up in 15 minutes and not having to spend ages colouring in and choosing papers to match.  The sentiment is from the Scroll Sentiments set.  I must say though that it did feel like cheating making this card!

You'll be able to see the new paper pads and art pads on Create and Craft TV tomorrow - check out the LOTV FB post here for more deets about the show.  The pads are exclusive to Create & Craft first on February 10th and then will be launched on the website on February 24th.

I'm off now - I'm finding it really hard to type with my thumb bandaged up!  I'll be back tomorrow though with another LOTV sneak peek!

There's a new release over at All Dressed Up and it is another super cute set!  The DT are showcasing the sweeties and here is my Dressy Girl make using the very sweet Purrrfect Together digi...

Oh, I just love this kitty kat!!!  I coloured her in with my Prismacolor pencils and matched her up with the flower paper from the Pink Papers collection and a There She Goes sentiment.  You can see more gorgeous Dressy Girls inspiration over at the blog here!

And don't forget our current challenge theme is love is in the air - you could win 3 images of your choice!

I'll be back tomorrow with my Bellarific Babe card with a sneak peek of the new release!!

Day four of the SugarPea Designs February release!

It's the last day of the SugarPea Designs February release - not long now until they are in the shop!  Today we are showing you sneak peeks of the super cute What's Mew? set from the Sweet P collection.  Here is my DT make...

Such a sweet sweet image!  I matched her up with My Minds Eye papers and topped off simply with a butterfly with mini pearls.  I love the sentiments in this set too - check out the set below...

And of course you can win this set too!  Join the hop and leave some blog love along the way.  One lucky person will be randomly selected to win the What's Mew? stamp set - check out all of the deets over at the SugarPea Designs blog.  You'll also find out how you can win the ENTIRE February release at the SugarPea Designs Facebook party this Thursday night between 8pm - 9pm EST!

I hope you've enjoyed seeing the February release - I certainly enjoyed making my DT makes for the sneak peeks!  I'll be back later with my All Dressed Up DT post and tomorrow with my Bellarific Friday DT post - ttfn!
