Goodness, I can't believe that it's been nearly two weeks since publishing a post! Work has been keeping me really busy plus I'm still making my cousin's wedding stationery! The next couple of weeks are going to be still busy for me, but I hope the wedding stationery will be finished soon so I can get back to creating instead of going through my production line!
Anyway, I'm waffling. Back to today. Our five month old puppy, Lulu, woke me up this morning with her whining - I rushed downstairs to make sure she wasn't doing anything unwanted (you know what I mean dog owners out there!) and let her out to do her business. We thought she was house trained quite a while ago, but she left us a little pressie (the onesie kind, thank goodness) on the kitchen floor last week so now I'm back to being vigilant! Anyway, there IS a point to this story! After letting her back in the house, I realised that it was 5am! So what better thing to do than craft?! I loved the colours in Megan's Picture Perfect Creations Colour Combo #2 challenge so I knocked this up....
I didn't have any soft suede so I think it's a grey-brown colour - not sure if it counts! I hope to post some pictures later today of the wedding stationery set so keep tuned!

Your card is so adorable!
I was woken up at 2 o'clock last night to my dog's vomiting. And no I did not get up, let him out, clean up and start crafting but for once woke DH and told him to take care of it (apart from the crafting) and went back to sleep. I hadn't realised crafting was an option. Thanks for the tip.
Well the holiday comment you left on my blog made me laugh out loud so just returning the favour.
Such a cute card!
HELLO!! Great to see you back! - Glad the doggy got you out of bed lol( only joking - you deserve a rest you have been so busy!)
I know what you mean about the doggy though being a dog owner myself!
It was worth getting uop so early though as your card is gorgeous - those colours really work well together and i hope your soft grey counts! I just love those little japanese characters - they always look fab !

Love those cute little dolls and a perfect color combination for them! I have a yellow lab myself and it sure is a surprise when they leave presents, but I wouldn't give him up for anything.
What a adorable card...I love those cute images :) TFS!!
Very cute card Mary and I love those colors too!
Hello Mary, your card is so sweet, I love the cute images, love the colors and the paper! Fabby!!! Hugs and happy monday! Silke
Hello Mary,
I know the potty training all too well. Hope I don't have to do that again for another 5 yrs or so. At least she was kind enough to leave the pressie on the kitchen floor verses the carpet. 5 AM?! Are you kidding me? OMG I think I wouldn't have been happy and just gone back to bed. I am not a early riser. Hate the mornings really.
Your card is adorable. Very sweet indeed. I love the layout too. It was worth the wait. I have been gone for nearly 3 weeks until last night so don't feel bad.
Have a wonderful week and can't wait to the stationary. I am off to play instead of cleaning house. It is a snow day so there is no sense in trying to clean now.
Have a great week :)
