Sketch time over at A Spoonful of Sugar

(Please scroll down for my Totally Ladybug Tuesday DT post)

We all love a good sketch to get our mojos going, right?!  Well this week's sketch challenge over at A Spoonful of Sugar hits the spot - I loved this sketch!  Here's what I did with it...

This cute elf is called Little Sylfie from The Paper Shelter - ain't she lovely?!  I thought she would be perfect with the My Minds Eye Nutmeg paper pad - I know this has a more autumnal feel to it, but I thought the orange and reds would brighten it up for an early summer card!

Of course, the rest of the DT makes are fabulous!  You can see them all here - enjoy!

I am also entering my card into the Flutter By Butterfly challenge, The Paper Shelter for bling (do my little gems count?!) My Mum's Craft Shop for cute and girly and Divas By Design for anything goes.

Paper/cardstock: Bazzill cardstock, My Minds Eye Nutmeg
Mediums: Copics
Accents: Dew Drops, orange sisal ribbon (from Bunny Zoe's Crafts here)
Tools: Nestabilities dies, My Favorite Things flower and leaf dies

What a yummy card! Lovely image and great backing papers. You know, it is really unfair, I just received my Echo Park paper pads that I ordered when I saw you using them and now I've got paper envy again! Can't you be a little bit more considerate towards my bank account? ;) It's just simply beautiful.

Hey Mary! I actually popped over to comment on your kitty friendship card but I see that Mr Blogger seems to have "lost" everything posted in the last day or so - it's showing on my dashboard but not on your blog babes. Anyway, this card is equally super and gorgeous and I love the image and colours! Hope you are ok. Hugs, Sxx PS. If you want a cat, get a tiny kitten, after 6 weeks or so Steve's allergy should have reduced a lot. Eventually he'll be immune.
