My first GD card for Pollycrafts!!

Wow, how excited am I?!  The lovely girls over at Pollycrafts Monday challenge blog have invited me to be their guest designer for June - whoo hoo!  Any excuse to use their lovely digis and the theme for this week is 'love and marriage' so here is my card - let me introduce you to Pollycrafts Mr And Mrs Chester...

I normally do bright and clean cut with Pollycraft digis but I decided to do something really different and make a shabby chic card - I think it worked out ok!  As you can see, I did lots of distressing, used lace and created some roughed up some rolled flowers!

You can see what the talented design team did here - you won't be disappointed!

I am entering this card into the following challenges:

Paper/cardstock: Bazzill cardstock, K&Company Ancestry paper pack
Stamps:  Pollycrafts Mr And Mrs Chester, Pink Petticoat sentiment
Mediums: Copics, Distress Ink in Antique Linen
Accents: K&Co Ancestry fabric brad, Stampin Up ribbon, lace/velvet ribbon from Ladybug Crafts Ink
Tools: Tim Holtz Distressing Tool, My Favorite Things rolled flower and leaf dies, Stampin Up large window punch, Nestabilities label die inside card, Martha Stewart border punch inside card

Mary J, your thoroughly ragged, torn, worn and stitched layers mixed with lace, velvet and hand rolled flowers make a spectacular and totally distressed shabby chic background for this cute celebrating couple. So glad to see your entry at Copic Creations. ~ Rose
