Fancy folds over at All That Scraps!

Did you know there's a new challenge over at All That Scraps?  No - well aren't you glad I told you then, lol!!  ;)

I had to use the CC Designs February release again - they are so lovely!  This cutie is Sweet November Bloom Rubber Stamp sitting on the Sweet November Mushroom Set Rubber Stamp and the sentiment is from the AmyR Stamps Be Happy Rubber Stamps set.  I matched them up with My Minds Eye Vanity Fair papers and I used my Grand Nesties to make the card base.

A new challenge has opened over at Flutter By Wednesay and this week we want to see....

Anything with Wings!

We normally only allow butterflies, angels or fairies, but just for this week you can use anything as long as it has wings!  So I decided to have some butterflies but use a bird for the main focal point...

I am really getting into my non-stamp cards!  It's scarey not to use an image to work with and it feels little like cheating by not colouring in!  But I am loving stretching my creative skills by using die cuts - and goodness knows I own A LOT of dies that are barely used!  I haven't decided whether to use this for an engagement card or a wedding card - what do you think it is most suitable for - advice please!

I used more yummy papers from Echo Park's Be Mine 12 x 12 collection (from Quixotic Paperie here) and a My Favorite Things sentiment along with a varity of their dies too.

We are having a review over at All That Scraps where we are showcasing the new Feburary CC Designs Swiss Pixies!  So here is my make for it..

Isn't she the sweetest?  She is C.C. Designs Swiss Pixie Woodland Lucy and the sentiment is from the AmyR Stamps Be Happy set.  I used papers from October Afternoon's Seaside pad and that ever sweet Martha Stewart doily punch.

Sneak Peek of Pixie Dust Studios' upcoming new release!

Have you seen the famous Once TV show?  I haven't!  But then again I watch very little TV but I'm told it's very good!  So good that Kathy, the Pixie Dust Studios illustrator, created their very own collection - and today we are showing you sneak peeks of it!

I have made this sweet card for a princess using Little Queen...

How adorable!

Mandy, owner of by Cupcake Cards and Crafts and creator of gorgeous digi papers has a new collection out called Adorable - and it really is!  I made a set of cards with them...

And I also decorated in the insides so they co-ordinate perfectly (even if I say so myself!).  I used my recently found digi loves by Torico using the sweet Hedge Hogs, Just Bloomed, With A Rose and Puppy & Chick - you can find in her BirdieBrown Etsy shop here.  The birdie image is an Elzybells - unfortunately no longer available.

These papers were such a pleasure to make with!  I have made more cards using this gorgeous collection but that will have to wait for another time!  Thanks for visiting me and bye bye for now!

Ack, I found this soooooo hard!  I don't know why cos I can do bright orange and hot pink!!  So anwyays I decided to just make it as simple as possible and came up with this...

I nearly went for a girly digi but opted for Critters And Cogs Spike instead - not at all girly!  And look - no designer paper!
