Bellarific Friday!

It's Bellarific Friday!  So this week we had a photo to inspire us so here is my Bellarific Babe card...

This is super cool Uptown Girl Quinn in her Boots (Uggs of course!).  I was inspired by the colours and stripes from the photo.  She's perfect for this time of year - it is freezing here in the UK, I just hate hate hate the winter!!

Anyhoo, next week's challenge is this sketch...

Email your creations to Em at Stamping Bella by next Thursday 24 January so they get posted in next Friday's post as well as have a chance to win some Bella Bucks!  Check out the rest of the gorgeous Bella Babe projects here.

There's also time to join in with the challenge over at Splitcoaststampers with the theme of A Picture is Worth a Thousand Words for a chance to win a $20 gift voucher - check out the deets here!

You're a SUN-sational friend!

Morning everyone!  Here with a card I made for the current MayzyArts challenge for 'silly'...

Not sure if my card is silly enough but I love her cheeky face and that fun sentiment!  I used papers from the Fancy Pants Beach Babe pad and the sentiment is from the CC Designs AmyR Stamps Beach Sentiments set.

I'm keeping this short and sweet as I have another post later!

I am entering my card into the other following challenges:

If only it was hot and sunny enough...

So our summer in the UK continues to be a damp, limp squib - still no sign of the sun or warmth that we should be getting!  Bleh.  But I managed to find my sunny mojo and for my Guest Designer card for the Crafting When We Can challenge that MilkCoffee is sponsoring...

Isn't she beautiful?  This is Tiffany Swimming and I just LOVE her teeny tiny waist and shiny hair!  I matched her up with Fancy Pants Beach Babes papers and a frilled pink gingham ribbon.

I hope you can join in the challenge - you'll be in for a chance to win gorgeous MilkCoffee digis!

Welcome little one

Hello everyone, I hope you are all having a lovely week!  Here is my baby boy card using some yummy stock over at Quixotic Paperie.  I just had to use Jelly Bean from Whimsy Stamps - isn't he the cutest?!

I matched him up with the Alphabet Soup Boy papers by My Minds Eye.  I love this versatile pack - I've used it now for men's cards, teenage cards, sassy girl cards and now this baby card!  The only bad thing about it is I'm running out of it, lol!!

I used my trusty Bazzill kraft cardstock for the card base and finished it off with some Fancy Pants buttons (which are 50% off at the moment - what a bargain!).

That's it from me today so see you next week and I hope you get some time for some creating today!

I'm entering this card into the following challenges:

Paper/cardstock: Bazzill cardstock, My Minds Eye Alphabet Soup Boy paper collection
Stamps: Whimsy Stamps Jelly Bean, sentiment from Ladybug Crafts Ink baby baby set
Mediums: Copics
Accents: American Crafts ribbon, Fancy Pants buttons
Tools: Nestabilities rectangle die inside card

You're just right!

This is my next card for Quixotic Inspirations and I've used that delicious Kraftin Kimmie's Goldilocks - just look at those eyes!!

Aaahhh!!  And I love that the sentiments come with the images - just makes the process that little bit easier and quicker!  I'm really into my pom poms at the moment - they finish the card off so sweetly!  I found these Fancy Pants ones in the shop reduced here.

I also used the new BasicGrey Marjolaine paper pack. I love this pack as it's so versatile - there are some lovely feminine papers, but others that you can use for those difficult male cards - I'm going to get a lot of mileage out of this one!

Back tomorrow with another card - probably needs to be a Xmas one as it's less then a month away - panic setting in...
