Bellarific Friday!

Hi everyone!  Well, my holiday in Florida is at an end and I'm probably right now driving back from the airport!  Well, fingers crossed and not stuck on a delayed flight!

So today it's time for a new Bellarific Friday and here is my Bellarific Babe DT card using one of the gorgeous Kettos...

I matched her up with My Minds Eye papers and used my CC Cutters bunting die.  Okay, so next week's challenge is a sketch.

Halloween time over at Bellarific Friday!

Whilst you are reading this, I will be in sunny Florida!  I really need this holiday - we haven't been abroad for about 5 years when we spent a month in New Zealand and it's been an emotional roller coaster the past few weeks what with grandma being in hospital.  I won't be doing my blog rounds until I am back in a couple of weeks but I have lots of posts scheduled for while I'm away so it will feel like I'm still about to you!

Today I am showing you my card for this week's Bellarific Friday challenge which was a theme of Halloween - either the image or colours.  Here is my DT make using Ketto's Clothesline and that's a Ketto dress although it's no longer available in store (oops!), but there are other sweet Ketto clothes here!

I used Echo Park's Tricks and Treats paper with a pc printed sentiment.  I liked how this one turned out!  Okay, so next week's challenge is the fab sketch...

Yoko and Ono!

Hello everyone!  I hope you are having a lovely weekend so far.  I love Sunday mornings - I always manage to sneak in a couple of hours of crafting before Steve gets up!  Today I have my Stamping Bella DT card to show you using the very sweet Yoko and Ono Ketto...

I love these gals!  I think I'm going to send this to my niece - she's also a good friend to me and I think she'd love this!  I matched this stamp with papers from the My Mind's Eye Sweetest Thing Tangerine pad, a touch of lace, the sentiment is from Lil' Inker Designs' 2 Cute Ink Hamster Cupid stamp set and the hearts are from the Lil' Inker Designs Of The Heart die set.

You may have noticed that I've changed the design of my blog - a fresher look in hopes that the weather will improve! It's pouring down right now so I needed something to cheer me up!

Other news, Nikki of Bunny Zoe's Crafts has started a new monthly challenge blog which you can find here. There are so many many challenge blogs out there that I always get confused on deadline dates (hence why I always miss them!) so I'm going to just choose a selection to stick to - hopefully that will give me some discipline!

Onto the card. I've had this Stamping Bella stamp for aaaaages and thought I should really use her (sound familiar?!). And of course I used the Stamping Bella Bellarific Friday sketch...

She's really sweet, isn't she? I thought the floss was perfect with her raggy doll hair! Those Stamping Bellas are all so gorgeous - will be a change for me (and you!) from all those CC Designs I've been stuck on!
